The DVD will be burnt to a high-quality, Verbatim DVD+R disc. goodcowfilms.com is not responsible for any problems on the purchaser's part in terms of disc incompatibility with their DVD drive, or unit, and no refunds will be issued.

Orders will be sent in a simple, white cardboard sleeve, with no markings on the disc itself, nor any jewel, or paper cases, in order to keep costs down.

Please allow anywhere from one to four weeks for delivery. Shipping confirmation E-Mails will be sent out once your disc is shipped. goodcowfilms.com is not responsible for discs lost in transit by the United States Postal Service, or foreign postal services.
