Right off the bat a damn good game, had me coming back for more &
more. I love the way Warp set the mood of the game with the beginning
sequence. Warp really did there homework with E0, combinding CG with a
/doom like game play, so you would get more from the game instead of
pushing a buttons and hopeing someing will happen has in all FMV games.
You get 4 CDs with E0. The frist disk (disk 0) has a super techno
opening to get you pshyc for the game, also in d0 is a training mode which
lets you get some practice in with the VPS (tells you location of a life
forms), I encourage going though this mode to get a handle of the VPS, d0
has a intro movie its much like a movie as in Alien and in d0 it as the
Warp Staff + game credites.
Disc 1-3, playing the game is like a standard FMV game. When in
a room its in CG but when your out of the rooms its in a full blown
polygon world like a Doom game play. You'll have a great time playing E0.
If you can, pick this game up at you local game store.
Graphics
Very smooth CG It was a little
depressing that it was half screen. Over all 8.5
Control
Nice control. I love how they made it
easier to hear were the aliens are by pushing L R butions to move your
head with out moveing you'll body. I like the look option so you can see
all around you. Over all 9.7
Sound
Sound is a very imporant
factor in this game. Warp does a great job with the sound, setting moods
on imporant events. Over all 9.8
Fun
This game has fun all over it. Going
around kill aliens that are ripping you crew mates head off, now I call
that fun fun fun. Over all 9.5
Over All
This game mets all of my hopes and
dreams. I cant wait for D2 for the Katana. I give this game a 9.5. Get
this game!
