I saw this game as I was in Electronics Boutique and wondered ... was
it worth the money? When I saw the game was a measly 10 bucks, I decided I
could spring for it. So I did. Unfortunately I had already played the game
on my trusty PC. Now let me stop you right here: If you already own this
game on your PC, don't bother. It's the same thing except with a Saturn
controller. Now for those of you who are not familiar with the game...
This game is a real time strategy game much like Warcraft. In fact,
very much like Warcraft. The Brotherhood of Nod, the maniacal world
domination wannabes, are akin to the orcs just as GDI, the save the world
beat up the naughty terrorists, are similar to the humans. But enough of
this. In my opinion, C+C was never quite as good as Warcraft II, but there
are those who disagree with me. I think has to do with just when you like
killing things: the past or the future. This game is an excellent strategy
game, and the Saturn controller did make my life a little easier in hectic
moments. It's a good game, just as it was when it came out on the PC. And
there are no added cookies. No Red Alert or other expansions like they did
for Warcraft II: Dark Saga. (Are you getting my drift? Buy Warcraft
instead...) So it's a pretty good game, I attempted to use it as CPR for
my Saturn counting the days until a real strategy title like Shining Force
III comes out, and then deciding against it as it will only be delayed
again....
