 Space Channel 5 Goes Hollywood

It's confirmed - our favorite space reporter is at the center of the showbiz world

January 14, 2000

A friend of ours over at IGN Sci-Fi (actually, just former Saturn World Editor in Chief Jeff Chen) made a remarkable discovery yesterday as they went on their daily rounds searching for all the latest in the world of science fiction. Tetsuya Mizuguchi's stylin' dance game Space Channel 5 is invading Hollywood like last year's string of crappy high school movies, and the world of television and film will never be the same!

While nothing is currently in production, the game's sexy star, Ulala, will apparently be showing up on MTV in "Ulala's Swinging Report Show." Also currently being planned is a television show on Network TV. Hoping for a Space Channel 5 movie? Columbia owns the rights to such a project, so we may just see something come to light.

See for yourself by browsing supermegamedia.com, and read the full report at IGN Sci Fi
