If
you have access to the Internet with Sonic Adventure, you can
download a new holiday add-on.
Titled "Tremble Park", the 53 block add-on puts "Happy
Halloween!" banners all over the place.
Of course Twinkle Park is associated with the Tremble Park
download; this add-on places the Happy Halloween! banners all
over Twinkle Park, but also adds little pumpkin people in
witch costumes floating around. They are strategically placed
to make traversing the stage more difficult, such as one being
in the way of the pins on a bowling alley.
One plus is it works all the time, you don't have to set
your Dreamcast to Halloween to get it to work.
