Sonic Adventure: E-102 Multimedia

Contributed By: Fernando Mosquera

E-102 is a great all-around character, with a lot of unique features that make him fun to play. The most notable aspect of E-102 is the way he attacks, not by stomping on enemies, but by shooting them with his multi-target laser; think of it like a mix of Doom, Sonic, and Panzer Dragoon. As you play with E-102, you'll see him evolve from a Dr. Eggman-following drone, to a hero on a quest to destroy Dr. Eggman's evil creations. As a result of this chance of objective, the later few levels have E-102 fighting a boss robot at the end of each stage!

E-102 heads to Emerald Beach to locate and retrieve Big the Cat's frog. The frog carries one of the chaos emeralds, Dr. Eggman knows this and sends his army of robots after it - catch the frog and impress Dr. Eggman.

The wind level gives E-102 a chance to put his gliding power up to use; it's quite nice to glide through the air over a chasm while locking on to several targets. Yes, this E-102 is one amazing killing machine.

As E-102, you skip all the outside parts of Red Mountain and head straight for the lava-filled caverns. Be sure to take down all the points that the game indicates as "hit!" as they'll open up new pathways to help you advance through the level.
