Originally, this award was going to go to Bernie Stolar, but since the delay of Rayearth and the possible canning of Lunar, Victor Ireland gets the honors. Sure, the situation is not all his fault but someone needs to take the blame; and Victor gets it this time around. Sure, Sega in America has gone down the shitter, but Vic could of avoided the entire situation by releasing Lunar and Rayearth on time! I know, I know, he had valid excuses but I don't care about politics, or what troubles the development staff encounted; I am a gamer, and I just want to play games. Come on Vic, let me play my games.
