Well, our preview of WWS 98 didn't go to well with the fans. Here's what "GEMiNI" had to say about it. For you to knock WWS 98 is just plain stupid pal. Any true soccer fan can realize that WWS is the best game of soccer available anywhere, period. True the lack of a FIFA licence is a bitch, but just edit the names and your set. The golie AI may have some problems but it can all be prevented by good strategy and strong defence. If the CPU controled keeper is so week than why not take control of him yourself and do better. You may be able to score at will on the CPU, but I can bet you wont even be able to get a point on a skilled player with the cheesy tactics you talk about. There is no better 2 player soccer game available. For you to even compare it to the N64 soccer is sick. The commentary in that game, if you can call it that, is a joke compared to the dual comentary that a CD can hold. That games ball control can't even talk to WWS's pulbacks and siccsors. Sit a soccer team down between the two games and see what gets played more, I assure you the N64 will be gathering dust. Before you talk shit about a game, really sit down and play the two. If you are not qualified to review a game, find a true soccer fan that is.... -Antonio Canada National Team Here's what I had to say... Hey buddy, settle down. First, that wasn't a review, it was preview. Second, I own and love WWS 97, I am just not happy that WWS 98 will be exactly like WWS 97.. I don't need to buy the same game twice! Take the time to re-read the preview and you'll see it makes a lot more sense. I love Sega as much as anyone, but I don't have a glossed over view of their actions either, so when they act lazy and not up to standard, I will point that out. In fact, since you seem so mad, I'll email you my review of WWS 97! As for the soccer fan remark, look buddy, I was born Argentina, home to some of the futbol in the world... so don't pull that shit on me. And what's this Canada national team crap? Are you a player for them? If so, congratulations, you probably worked really hard; but that still doesn't hide the fact that Canada hasn't done jack shit in international soccer.
