Soul
Calibur, my most wanted title since Xenogears for the
PlayStation, is about to make history.
Videogames.com's Ike Sato, a former Gaming Age resident
also known as MetalJack, is reporting that the upcoming issue
of Famitsu Weekly will feature a review of Soul Calibur where
it earns the honor of being only the second title to receive
perfect scores from all four reviewers.
The only other title to ever receive a perfect score in
Famitsu is The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
Soul Calibur has surely been a hyped title for the
Dreamcast ever since its announcement for the system, and it
appears it will be one of the few titles to ever live up to
it. It's one of Gaming Age's most highly awaited titles, with
many of the editors set to receive it as soon as it's released
in Japan.
