Just sit right back, and you'll hear a tale
A tale of public deceit
That grew inside the MTA,
when Kalikow boarded ship
The chairman was a shady man,
Gene Russianoff brave and sure,
All that money was tucked away
A two dollar fare was the cure
The public started getting tough,
The MTA was battered
If not for the courage of the Straphangers,
The scandal wouldn't have mattered; the scandal wouldn't have mattered.
The case took ground on the shore of Judge Marlow's judicial tile
with Kalikow, and Gene too,
Judge Marlow, and Comptroller Thompson,
the riding public, the MTA and Eric Schneiderman,
Here on MTA SCANDAL ISLE!
