Wonderswan Development Kit?
6.16 8pm EST
Bandai has confirmed plans to release 'Wonderwitch,' a home-brew
Wonderswan development kit. Thereby, would-be programmers can design
their own Wonderswan games through associated PC software and linkup
cables. Games can be programmed in C, and then downloaded into a
special interface cartridge for testing purposes. The Wonderwitch is
slated for release on July 18th for 16,800 yen.
Now you can take your hand held project on the bus ride to
alabama for extensive troubleshooting(that is, if you know japanese
and own a wonderswan and this dealie)

I always thought that the Etch-a-sketch was the best handheld ever,
followed closely by those little watches that turn into robots, and
they were also calculators!!

heh, best handheld ever? Nintendo gameboy.
Solid gold Nintendo platform action, huge library of games, fab
battery life, lots of funky hardware like cameras, printers and fm
radios. Muliplay link up, best selling handheld ever by a huge
margin and the Gameboy Advance is gonna blow you away. AND...
Specifically designed to annoy spec junkies.

IMO the best handheld system to every be released graphically
speaking is the VMU. Simply put, nothing matches its high definition
picture and super fast CPU.
