EVERYTHING I TYPE IS 2 THE XTREME!!! And like I said already there
are accents in the game, from almost every other character I've seen
talk so far, EXCEPT Ryo. It's a minor detail, but minor details is
what makes good games into even better games.

I've only seen the trailer from ODCM, but the voice acting seems
fine to me considering it is a video game!
If the actors sounded like kids in a middle school play, then I
would be worried for Sega.....and they don't

HEH this is too funny. The dub is good and Ryo's acting is thebest
out of all the characters yet his voice is bashed the most. Why
doesn't anyone talk about Nozomi's voice? Why does she sound like
some upper class white girl?
The fact of the matter is the voice acting is good, and people
should just stop crying about it. If you don't like the voices then
simply turn the damn voices off and play the game with subs. It'll
save everyone from petty bitching like this.

Anyways, the
person that I think has the best voice is that guy is red... The one
that says like I invite you to hell or something.... That guys voice
is perfect!

The dubbing isn't anywhere near as bad as the likes of what Capcom
and Sony regularly put out, so I don't mind. I could live with
mediocre voice acting easily enough; since it wouldn't call
attention to itself. Something as lousy as Grandia's voice acting,
though...THAT I'll notice!

Actually, I won't own Shenmue any time soon
But I can certainly understand hatred toward dubbing, and I will
side with original voices militantly whenever this stuff is talked
about.
You know, some people even enjoy ranma 1/2 dubbing. How
disgusting.
