I believe this has been done before, but I have a submission to
make:
OverBlood (PSX)
A friend of mine bought this game a while back when it first came
out, and I bore witness to some of the funniest moments in gaming
(funny, because I'm sure the designers were trying to be serious
with it).
The game was a RE clone, with the main character being a Barry
Burton (RE) ripoff.
Scenes like when Peepoo the robot sacrificed himself, with
"Barry" getting all emotional over his "buddy's" death...
...or when "Barry" confronts some mutant freak with, "You want
somma this", jumps over a table, then gets backhanded into a wall...
Pure comical genious.
